I try to stop myself from smoking cigars. But it's honestly so hard. They make you feel so good. My chest actually hurts today. We've smoked god at least 15 in the past 5 days.

oh no I know. I give everyone close to me that smokes shit for smoking. I stopped. It's hard though. But that's my motivation for stopping. I dont like not having control over my life. I look at my friends and just how much they drink. Kind of sick.

im glad you stopped !! yeah stopping is so so so HARD, i used to smoke 3 packs of cigs a day. i never thought i'd quit. but i used to have pain when i'd breathe an i thought that was so fuckin stupid of me to risk dying for some bad habit. that which btw costs a lot too. lol so i was poor. and sick! yeah i agree with you on that. i used to be into drugs an stuff but i've stopped everything. i even try to avoid caffeine . lol.

lol caffine doesnt do anything for me. Nothin'. It goes with my mix with gibsons with a few ice cubes and that's it. Other then that pop and coffee and shit. Just a drink. I dont pay much attention to it.
